5 Tips to look after your Oral Hygiene: Say Goodbye to Dental Problems

Good hygiene is key to improving oral health and maintaining healthy teeth. Here are 5 oral hygiene tips to help you look after your teeth.

Brush Regularly

Scientists recommend to brush at least twice a day. It’s even better if your brush after taking a meal. Don’t just use any kind of brush. Instead, choose a toothbrush with a small head and small bristles. This ensures you get better access to your back teeth and reduce the risk of hurting your gums when brushing. Also, you should brush thoroughly for at least two minutes.

Floss Daily

Flossing is as important as brushing when it comes to maintaining oral health. Like brushing, this activity should be done properly to ensure you reach between the teeth and remove food particles stuck there. This allows you to keep the area between your teeth clean, stimulate the gums, and reduce the risk of teeth infection.
