How much is a consultation fee?
A standard consultation at Arrow Dental starts at KES 1,000.
Do you take insurance covers?
Yes. We accept insurance covers at all four branches and handle the paperwork on your behalf. We also work directly with Taifa Care (SHA for civil servants), Britam, Jubilee, AAR, CIC, Old Mutual, Madison, Sanlam, and most major insurers. Bring your card and we’ll do the rest.
Do you accept walk-ins or emergency dental cases?
Yes. All four branches accept walk-ins during business hours. If you are experiencing a painful dental emergency, call or WhatsApp us on 0740 187 579 and we will fit you in for a same-day urgent appointment.
Do you do dental implants?
Yes. We offer dental implant treatment at all our branches. At the Digital Centre, we have on-site 3D CBCT imaging and digital planning. Implants start from KES 140,000.
How much do braces cost?
Braces start at KES 90,000 per jaw and from Ksh 160,000 for both jaws. We have metal and ceramic options. We also flexible payment plans for orthodontic treatment.
Do you open on Saturday and Sunday?
Yes. We’re open Monday–Saturday 7am to 8pm, and Sunday 8:30am to 6pm. In case of dental emergency, call or whatsapp us on 0740 187 579.
Do you have dental X-rays?
Yes. All branches have digital X-ray equipment. Our Digital Centre in Nairobi CBD additionally has 3D CBCT (cone beam) imaging for implant planning, orthodontics, and complex oral surgery.

Arrow Dental has four branches: Nairobi CBD (2nd Floor, Pension Towers, Loita Street, Nairobi), the Digital Centre (5th Floor, Pension Towers, Loita Street, Nairobi), Thika Road (2nd Floor, CPA Centre, Thika Road, Nairobi), and Thika Town (2nd Floor, Gateway Plaza, Gakere Road, Thika). Every branch offers the same core services; the Digital Centre adds specialist procedures.
