Is there an Arrow Dental clinic in my exact neighborhood?
Arrow Dental has four physical clinics: two at Pension Towers in Nairobi CBD (general and specialist), CPA Centre on Thika Road, and Gateway Plaza in Thika Town. We don’t have walk-in clinics in every neighborhood — instead, each Nairobi and Thika area is mapped to its nearest branch, all within a 30-minute drive.
Why don't you have a clinic in [Westlands / Karen / etc.]?
Maintaining four well-equipped clinics with specialist services is how we keep care quality high and prices reasonable. A neighborhood without an Arrow clinic still has easy access — Westlands to CBD is 10 minutes, Karen to CBD is 25 minutes, and parking at all branches is free.
How do I book if I'm in a service area, not at a clinic?
Send a WhatsApp to 0740 187 579 or call. Same number for all four branches. Mention your area and our front desk will book you at your nearest branch with directions.
Do all branches offer the same services?
The full range of general dentistry — checkups, cleaning, fillings, extractions, root canals, crowns, braces consultations, whitening, pediatric care — is available at every branch. Complex procedures (computer-guided implants, 3D imaging, advanced orthodontics) are handled at the Digital Centre on the 5th floor of Pension Towers, the only multi-specialist dental centre in Nairobi.
Do you accept insurance covers at every branch?
Yes. SHA, Jubilee, AAR, CIC, Madison, UAP, Britam, Sanlam, Liaison, Heritage, and Minet are accepted with cashless billing at all four branches. See our insurance page for what’s covered.
