What does “permanent” tooth replacement mean?

Most people searching for a permanent option mean something fixed that does not come out at night. Bridges and implants are both fixed. With good hygiene and regular check-ups, an implant can last decades, though the crown on top may need replacing after 10 to 15 years of wear.

Which is the best value?

The lowest price today is not always the lowest cost over time. A denture is often the right answer when several teeth are missing. A bridge is quicker and cheaper than an implant, but it involves reshaping healthy neighbouring teeth. An implant costs most at the start and leaves those teeth alone.

Can you pay over time?

Implants and other major treatments can be paid in instalments aligned with your visits. Major procedures may be partly covered by SHA or insurance when medically necessary.
